How does multi-location reporting work?+

Every location gets its own merchant ID for chargeback and operations purposes, but rolls up into a single consolidated dashboard for the franchisor. Daily card deposits, fees, and dispute activity are visible across the entire group in one view.

Do all locations get the same rate?+

Rate structure is negotiated at the franchisor level and applied uniformly across locations — so no franchisee gets a worse deal because they signed up later or process less volume. Volume rebates roll up to the franchisor when applicable.

What happens when we open a new location?+

Add a new merchant ID via the partner portal, ship pre-configured hardware to the franchisee, deploy in 48 hours. Same agreement, same rates, same reporting. No re-underwriting per location.

Can corporate access franchisee data?+

Yes — at the franchisor level. Each franchisee retains operational control of their location but the franchisor sees consolidated reporting and can audit compliance with brand processing standards.

What's the minimum group size?+

We work with groups from 5 locations up. Below 5 locations, the standard SavPay enterprise pricing applies — you still get a named account manager and unified reporting.
