BUSINESS SOLUTIONS · SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Software built around how your business actually runs.

When off-the-shelf software forces you to change your process, we build the software that fits your process instead. Custom internal tools, customer portals, integrations, and payment-embedded applications — designed, built, and maintained by our team.

WHAT WE DO

What we design and build.

01

Product design & discovery

Before a line of code: workshops, user flows, wireframes, and a clickable Figma prototype. You see and click the real thing before you commit to building it. Discovery is quoted separately, so you can stop after it if the numbers don't work.

02

Internal tools & admin portals

The dashboard your team keeps rebuilding in spreadsheets. Order management, dispatch boards, approval queues, staff scheduling, multi-location reporting — one system, real permissions, real audit trail.

03

Customer & partner portals

Self-serve logins where your customers book, pay, track orders, download invoices, and manage subscriptions. Cuts the phone calls and emails your team handles manually today.

04

Integrations & middleware

The plumbing between systems that don't talk. POS to accounting, ERP to e-commerce, CRM to payments. We build the API layer and the sync logic, then monitor it so silent failures don't cost you a month of bad data.

05

Payment-embedded applications

Software with checkout built in — booking apps, marketplaces, subscription billing, invoicing platforms. Payments run through your SavPay account, so the software you own also lowers what you pay per transaction.

06

Legacy modernization

That Access database, that Excel macro nobody understands, that system whose original developer left in 2016. We map what it does, rebuild it properly, and migrate your data without a hard cutover.

TYPICAL OUTCOME

Custom software is worth it when a process is genuinely specific to your business — and a bad fit when a $50/month SaaS tool already does the job. We'll tell you which one you're looking at on the discovery call, even when the answer costs us the project.

FAQ

Common questions.

How much does custom software cost?+
It's quoted per project after discovery, because scope drives everything — a single internal dashboard is a fundamentally different build from a multi-tenant customer portal. What we can promise is the structure: a paid discovery phase that ends in a fixed quote, then fixed-price build phases. You approve the number before any build work starts, and you can walk away after discovery owning everything we produced.
How long does it take?+
Discovery is typically 1–3 weeks. A focused internal tool usually lands in 6–10 weeks after that; a full customer portal or payment-embedded product runs longer. We ship in two-week increments to a staging environment, so you're using real software early rather than waiting months for a single launch day.
Who owns the code and the data?+
You do — completely. Source code, the GitHub repository, the cloud accounts, the database, the design files. We set the accounts up in your name from day one, not ours. If you decide to move to another team, you take everything and we hand over documentation. There's no license, no per-seat fee, and nothing you have to keep paying us to keep using what you paid us to build.
What happens after launch — do we need you forever?+
No. After launch you can take it fully in-house, keep us on a support retainer for updates and monitoring, or use us ad hoc when something needs changing. Most clients start on a light retainer for the first few months while the system settles, then decide. We write documentation and hand over the environment either way.
How do you handle payment security?+
We architect so that raw card data never touches software we build for you. Card entry happens in processor-hosted fields, and your application only ever stores a token — which keeps your PCI scope as small as the design allows. We're not a substitute for your own PCI assessment, and we'll say plainly which obligations remain yours.
We already have a developer or an internal IT team. Can you work with them?+
Yes, and it's common. We can take a defined piece of work while your team owns the rest, do the discovery and design and hand your team the specs to build, or provide code review and architecture support. Your team keeps the context; we add capacity where it's the bottleneck.
Do we have to be a SavPay payments customer?+
No, but it changes the economics. If payments run through SavPay, we already know your transaction data and stack, discovery is shorter, and you get partner-level pricing. If you're not a processing customer, we still build — at standard rates.
