How are you cheaper than going direct to Moneris?+

Because Moneris quotes you their list rate. We quote you the rate Moneris will actually give us to win your account — and we compare it against what Nuvei, Fiserv, RBC, and BMO will quote at the same time. The processor that comes back cheapest wins your business. You can't run that auction yourself.

What's the difference between interchange-plus and flat-rate pricing?+

Flat-rate (Stripe, Square) charges you the same percentage on every card — 2.9%. You pay the same on a debit card as on an Amex Platinum. Interchange-plus shows you the wholesale cost of each card type (debit is often under 1%) plus our fixed markup. Lower bills, full transparency, line-by-line on every statement.

Do I have to use Clover, or can I keep my existing terminals?+

Most existing terminals work. We support Clover, Moneris Go, A35, Nuvei Desk 5000, A920, and most Verifone units. If your current terminal is PCI-current and unlocked, we re-deploy it on the new processor. If it's locked, we ship new hardware at cost.

What happens if my volume grows or shrinks?+

No monthly minimums. No volume penalties. Your rate stays the same whether you process $5K or $500K this month. If your volume crosses a tier where you could qualify for a better rate, your account manager flags it and re-shops the processors. You don't have to ask.

How fast can I switch from my current processor?+

Most merchants are approved in 24–48 hours, equipment programmed within 72 hours, fully cut over within a week. We coordinate the switch with your current processor so you keep taking payments throughout — there's no downtime window.
