OUR STORY
SavPay was born from a simple frustration: Canadian merchants were left on their own to navigate opaque processing contracts, hidden fees, and non-existent post-sale support. We watched too many restaurant owners, retailers, and clinic operators lose thousands of dollars a year without knowing why.
Today, more than 1,300 Canadian merchants trust us to lower their fees, fund their growth, and give them a real human to call. We don't treat an account like a ticket — every SavPay merchant talks to the same point of contact, from first call through year five.
We operate as an independent ISO backed by three direct processors (Moneris, Clover, Nuvei) and a dozen-plus network, gateway, and POS partners. That flexibility lets us route every merchant to the best-fit player for their profile — not to whoever pays us the biggest commission.
