THE CHALLENGE

Your chair time is your inventory.

What salon, spa and studio owners tell us costs them money.

01

No-shows and last-minute cancellations

An empty chair or treatment room can't be resold. Without deposits or a card on file, missed bookings come straight off the bottom line.

02

Tips shared between staff

Clients want to tip at the terminal, and owners need clear tip reports for each stylist, therapist or instructor.

03

Memberships and packages

Monthly memberships, class passes and treatment packages need reliable recurring billing and easy card updates.

04

Retail sales on the side

Products sold at the front desk need inventory tracking and the same smooth checkout as services.

WHAT SAVPAY SETS UP

Everything a salon, spa or studio needs at the front desk.

We configure the processor, terminals and booking connections around your appointments, classes and products.

Deposits & no-show protection

Collect deposits when clients book and charge no-show fees to a card on file, according to your policy.

Retail products

BOOKINGS & MEMBERSHIPS

Protect your calendar and your recurring revenue.

Deposits at booking, a card on file for no-show fees and recurring billing for memberships keep revenue predictable. Clients agree to your policy up front, so there are no surprises.

  • Deposits collected when the booking is made
  • No-show and late-cancellation fees per your policy
  • Monthly memberships and class passes

We handle the paperwork, the setup and the training — and plan the change around your current agreement.

  1. 1

  2. 2

    Review your proposal

We match you with the processor, pricing model and hardware that fit, and walk you through every line. Once you agree, approval usually takes about 24 hours.

  3. 3

We set up your terminals with your services, tips and deposit policy, connect your booking software where supported, and test bookings, payments and refunds before your first client.

  4. 4

    Go live with local support

Your bilingual team in Montréal trains your staff, stays close for the first weeks and reviews your account with you as you grow.

FAQ

Beauty and wellness payment questions, answered.

Can I charge no-show and late-cancellation fees?+
Yes. With the client's consent at booking, you can keep a card on file and charge a no-show or late-cancellation fee according to your posted policy.
How are tips handled for each staff member?+
Clients add a tip at the terminal, and tip reports can be broken down by staff member, so payroll and tip distribution are straightforward.
Do your payments work with Mindbody or Acuity?+
Many booking platforms can connect to the processors we offer. We check your booking software's options and recommend a setup that works with it. If a direct connection isn't available, standalone terminals and payment links keep checkout simple.
Can I bill memberships and class passes automatically?+
Yes. Recurring billing charges members on schedule using a stored, tokenized card, with automatic retries if a payment fails.
Can I sell products and gift cards too?+
Yes. Products and gift cards can be sold on the same terminal and account as your services, in person and online.
I rent chairs to independent stylists. Can each have their own account?+
Yes. Independent stylists or therapists can have their own merchant accounts and terminals, so each receives their own deposits and statements.
