FAQ

Before you write

How do I reach SavPay?+
Call +1 (514) 863-6540, use the form on this page, or email the right team directly: sales@savpay.ca (new merchants, Amex business cards, financing), support@savpay.ca (existing merchants), partnership@savpay.ca, dev@savpay.ca (web & software), accounting@savpay.ca (billing) or info@savpay.ca (general, media, careers).
What are your business hours?+
Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern. After hours, calls transfer to our processors' 24/7 support lines.
I'm already a SavPay merchant and need help. Where do I go?+
Choose "Support — existing merchant" in the form (add your merchant ID if you have it) or call +1 (514) 863-6540. If you can't take payments, call — it's the fastest route.
I want to refer clients or become a partner.+
Use the dedicated partner application at savpay.ca/partners/apply. It goes straight to our partnerships team, who reply within a few business days.
Can I get a quote?+
Yes. Choose "New merchant quote", tell us about your business and, if you can, attach your latest processing statement — we'll compare your real rates on the first call. No obligation.
Do you serve merchants outside Québec?+
Yes. SavPay is based in Montréal and serves merchants across Canada with remote onboarding, in English and French.
